Wild Oats (Uvularia sessilifolia). Typically the second bloom I see in the spring.  In our woods they are very common and widespread. They are about 6 to 10 inches tall with a drooping pale yellow flower.  The leaves are sessile; they attach directly to the stem with no petiole, or leaf stalk.
